New to flying or just new to Corporate Jet flying?

Have you ever dreamt of working as a flight attendant on a private jet? Is it all totally new to you or maybe you've already got some experience from the airline industry?

The Corporate Flight Attendant's Handbook was made with people like you in mind. When we started a little over 20 years ago, there was no help for people like us/you.. If you somehow got lucky enough to land a job with a private jet operator, a typical introduction would be to be shown a private jet on a Monday and Tuesday morning at 9AM you'd be on your way to Paris, Istanbul or New York with 4 passengers trying to pull off the impossible.

To be honest, not that much has changed since then. At least not if you start with a smaller company without the corporate organisation and financial strength of VistaJet or NetJets.

So after having started and run "Higher Standards Elite Flight Attendant Training" for a few years, we decided to make something portable to have in your bag as an easy reference on the job. The Corporate Flight Attendant's Handbook is a 150 pages of everything you need to know from the moment you get a call from a private jet operator informing you that you are on a flight, all the way through what to pack, what to order, what to buy, where to meet the crew, what to do when you get to the aircraft, receiving the catering, organising the galley, preparing the cabin, meeting the passengers, looking after the passengers, plating the food, making the bed and so on.. It's full of tips, tricks and lessons learnt over many years of experience.

The separate 14 page checklist is the same as the checklist inside the book, but it's a thinner and easier to use in the galley version. Simply a checklist, to use as a... Checklist.

So new to flying all together or thinking of going from commercial aviation to corporate, we hope this is the one thing you'll need to help you make this dream come true a little easier ;-)
